cancellations & no shows
We understand that life happens! To help you stay on track, appointment reminders are sent 3 days and again 2 hours before your scheduled service. We kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid impacting other clients.
Your first no-call/no-show will be given grace—because we know things come up. However, any additional missed appointments without notice will require a deposit to secure future bookings. We truly appreciate your understanding and communication as we work to respect everyone’s time.
late arrivals
Punctuality is important to ensure a smooth flow of appointments throughout the day. We offer a 5-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 5-10 minutes late, we may need to adjust or shorten your service to avoid delaying the next client. Clients who arrive 10 or more minutes late may be asked to reschedule. Please plan accordingly to ensure you receive your full service.
payment
We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments such as Zelle and Venmo, with payment due at the time of service. A credit card on file may be required for certain bookings, but don’t worry—it will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. While all services are non-refundable, your satisfaction is important to us. If you have any concerns, please reach out within 24 hours, and we’ll be happy to find a solution.
no extra guests
Our studio is a cozy, peaceful space designed for one-on-one beauty appointments. To maintain a calm and comfortable environment for all, we kindly ask that you do not bring extra guests, children, or pets to your appointment unless previously discussed.
That said, I completely understand that life happens — if you ever need to bring someone with you (like a caretaker or special circumstance), just let me know in advance and I’ll do my best to accommodate.
